We conduct compass adjustments on vessels of every type and tonnage, using traditional tools such as a Peloris, Azimuth circle, Magnetometer, and onboard ship’s systems, to list a few.
Eknes will accompany you on a short voyage where we will “swing” the compass, checking for deviation whilst taking readings.
We will correct your compass and on completion, issue you with an accurate and current deviation card for any residual deviation, accepted by all regulatory authorities. Adjusting service will have you pointed in the right direction in no time.
